BBL Facial and Body Treatment

For face or body, laser treatment can help you improve the overall appearance of your skin and target areas to treat specific skin concerns.

Most people will need multiple treatments to achieve their desired outcome. How many laser treatments you need will depend on the area treated. Typically, patients will need about 3-6 treatments. Your laser technician will be able to give you detailed information on the number of treatments they believe you will need to reach your goal at your consultation.

After BBL laser, you may have some redness and a feeling of warmth for about an hour. Pigment will darken to a blackish-brown color.

Results last as long as you take care of your skin. Using medical-grade skincare as well as wearing SPF daily will ensure your fresh, even skin tone will remain that way! We recommend receiving a BBL facial every 3-6 months or yearly to maintain your results.

Treatment Time: You can expect treatment time to be about 15 minutes and up to 1 hour depending on your treatment areas and skin care concerns.

Treatment Areas: BBL can be used for the face or body. Common treatment areas are face, neck, chest, back, shoulders, and back of the hands.

Preparing for BBL Treatment

It is easy to prepare for a laser treatment - avoid sun exposure and stop active skincare 72 hours before treatment. You should have no active suntan or sunburn. That’s it!

After a BBL Facial Treatment

  • Avoid the sun for about 1-2 weeks. Use a high broad-spectrum sunscreen if you go out and cover your skin.

  • Use a simple skincare routine with no active ingredients or exfoliation (which could result in uneven skin tone). This will allow the skin to heal.

  • Acne pustules may come to the surface (this is a good thing!). This will allow the pimple to be safely extracted without causing damage to the surrounding tissue or spreading bacteria.

  • Makeup can be applied after 24 hours
